These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the PocketPet mobile application and website operated by Brightday ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using PocketPet, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Use of the App

PocketPet is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Use the app to transmit spam, harmful or misleading content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, copy or reproduce any part of the app without written permission
• Use the app for any commercial purpose without our prior consent

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Pet and Health Information

The information provided through PocketPet — including vet listings, booking details and any content shared via Live Chat — is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional veterinary advice. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for health concerns about your pet.

You are responsible for the accuracy of any pet data you enter into the app, including vaccination records and medical history.

4. Bookings and Third-Party Services

PocketPet facilitates connections between pet owners and service providers (vets, groomers, sitters). The actual services are provided by independent third parties. We are not responsible for the quality, safety or outcome of services provided by third parties listed in the app.

Any dispute regarding a booked service should be resolved directly with the service provider.

5. User Content

When you post content in the Pet Journal or community features, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content within the app. You retain ownership of your content. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on PocketPet — including the logo, design, text and images — is owned by Brightday or its licensors. You may not use, copy or distribute any of this material without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brightday shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of PocketPet. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to PocketPet at any time if you breach these terms or if we have reason to believe your use is harmful to other users or to the service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of PocketPet after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
